We offer construction project management services primarily for renovations of historic properties in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are a registered general contractor located in Cincinnati, Ohio - operating as City Station Construction LLC.

Current Projects

Currently assisting Lauck Properties in the redevelopment of various historic properties throughout Walnut Hills and Over the Rhine.

Past Projects

Project managed the redevelopment of 509 E 12th, a 10-unit historic Italianate building located in Cincinnati’s Pendleton neighborhood, for 7 months. Managed multiple phases of the project including new window installation and caulking, masonry repair, interior insulation, drywall, painting, kitchen cabinet and countertop installation, new hardwood flooring installation, fire escape and metal stair repair, light fixture installation, and plumbing finish installation.
